Kraut!

Connie (my fabulous new neighbor) invited me over to make sauerkraut the other day! The process is super easy and I got some great shots. We used cabbage from the garden, salt, caraway seeds, and some red onion. Now we're letting it sit to taste :)

  1. i really want to do this. could you send me instructions on doing so? i'm pretty much in love with the taste of caraway seeds.
